Join us at the Castle in the Clouds for a cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the lakes and mountains. Sip your beverage of choice while enjoying bountiful passed appetizers before we move to the Winnipesauke banquet room for a plated surf & turf dinner.

Passed appetizers: spanakopita (vegetarian), stuffed mushroom caps (vegetarian), veggie spring rolls (vegetarian), beef tenderloin crostini with creamy herb spread, sweet chicken bites wrapped in bacon, and spicy Caribbean turkey meatballs.

Dinner Menu: Bread & butter. Mixed greens salad with cranberry vinaigrette, gorgonzola cheese, red onion, dried cranberries, and candied walnuts followed by grilled 10 oz NY Sirloin topped with two grilled shrimp accompanied by fresh whipped potatoes and green beans with garlic butter.

Dress code: formal cocktail/dinner attire.
