LRHS Offers Year Round Dog Training
LRHS periodically conducts an array of group training classes such as: Basic manners, Introduction to Agility, Nose Work and The American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen program that encourages responsible pet ownership and good manners for dogs.
In addition to offering group classes, our CPDT-KA certified trainer, Louise Daigle, is happy to provide private consultations with clients and their dogs upon request.
Sat. Aug. 5th – Sat. Sept. 2nd LRHS will be running the following classes:
10 am -11 am – Basic Manners – 5 week program – $125
This 5 week course focuses on teaching your dog or puppy the skills necessary to do the following behaviors reliably: Stay, Leash Manners/Heel, Attention with Distractions, and Come when Called. Each week we will build on your dog success and challenge them with further distractions.
11:15 am – 12:15 pm Introduction to Agility – 5 week program – $150
Agility is a great way to bond with, exercise and train your dog. The focus of this class is to encourage your dog to jump, weave and run through tunnels all while listening, learning and having fun! Because this class is interactive, we ask for well-socialized dogs
